    No, there are no recurring, monthly or annual charges.

  • What happens if technology evolves, will your content be updated?

    Yes, all courses are continually assessed and updated. We will notify you by email when we've made changes to any course you've purchased. Our goal is to stay in lock step with technology as it evolves so we can provide you with the latest and greatest. The OOMI Book of Knowledge (eBook) is updated annually.

  • Will my access ever be turned off?

    You have unlimited access to your purchases always.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    No need to cancel as each purchase is a one time fee. No subscriptions and no recurring costs or fees.

  • What are the system requirements for using OOMI?

    In order to make sure the site runs well, please make sure your desktop computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, or smart device has the following: The most recent version of one of the web browsers listed below: Javascript enabled PDF plugin, Graphic and audio output capability, Broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbps (recommended), and TLS 1.2 supported by your web browser.

  • What are the supported browsers I can use?

    For Desktop:Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. For Mobile: iOS Safari, Chrome, and Samsung Internet. Please note we do not support Internet Explorer. If attempting to access OOMI on Internet Explorer, you will see an error message.

  • Do you give refunds if I change my mind after I purchase it?

    We do offer a refund if you meet this criteria: you've made your purchase within 30 days of your refund request, and have not viewed or downloaded any content or material. Regardless of the time frame from the date of purchase, if you have downloaded or viewed or watched any content, there are no refunds. If you wish to request a refund, we hope you visit us again in the future! Please email your refund request to [email protected].

  • I'd like to request a new course be added, who do I contact?

    We want to hear from you! We aim to cover topics that are of value and interest to you. We encourage, and welcome, all requests. Please email our team at [email protected].

  • I am having technical issues, who do I contact?

    Email [email protected] with any questions or issues, our team will be happy to help. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.

  • How do I access my certificate(s)?

    You can view, share, and download your certificates once you've logged in. Go to My Account then Certificates. If you've completed a course, the certificate(s) will show up there. Directions on how to share your achievement on LinkedIn are below your certificate(s).

  • How do I view the courses?

    Log in, and go to My Dashboard (located on the top menu bar). You can view your courses as many times as you wish.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Super easy to do, and we are sorry to see you go! To cancel your subscription Log In then go to > My Account > Billing, and click Cancel for that subscription. You will receive an email once your account has been successfully cancelled.
